ABOUT TET
You've carried a lot — sometimes quietly, sometimes while holding everyone else together. In therapy, Tet will help you slow your nervous system, name what happened, and rebuild trust in yourself.
Tet is a trauma-informed therapist whose approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-world experience navigating high-achieving professional environments. She understands that the kind of exhaustion that brings people to therapy often isn't visible — it lives underneath the competence, the accomplishments, the life that looks right from the outside.
Her style is warm, direct, and collaborative. She doesn't do vague. She won't sit in silence waiting for you to perform insight. Sessions are structured enough to feel safe and flexible enough to meet real life — including the complexity of a full, demanding life in Walnut Creek and the surrounding area.
She works with adults who are ready to understand their patterns, not just manage them — and with adolescents, couples, and families navigating the friction points that come with real life. She lives in Danville and sees clients in-person in Walnut Creek.

Is This You?
For the person who has everything — and still feels stuck
Tet's clients are often high-functioning people who are skilled at managing — their careers, their families, their image. The problem isn't that they can't cope. It's that coping has become the whole game, and something underneath is demanding more.
Her background includes experience in and around high-pressure professional environments. She understands the culture — the pace, the identity investment, the particular exhaustion of always being "on." She doesn't need you to explain it.
You might be ready for this if...
You look successful on the outside and feel like you're barely holding it together on the inside
You're burned out — not just tired, but hollowed out in a way that a vacation hasn't fixed
You've been in therapy before but it felt too surface-level or like the therapist didn't understand your world
Anxiety, perfectionism, or old patterns are quietly running the show — in your relationships, your work, or how you see yourself
You're carrying something from the past that you've never fully named — and it keeps showing up
You want a therapist who is warm but direct — who won't waste your time
Rigorous, thoughtful, and genuinely human
01
Psychodynamic Insight
Understanding the patterns beneath the surface — where they came from, how they're running things now, and what it takes to shift them. For clients who want to understand themselves, not just cope better. The "why" matters, and Tet will help you find it.
02
Trauma-Informed Care
Everything is understood in context. Your nervous system's responses — the anxiety, the shutting down, the over-functioning — make sense when you understand what shaped them. The work is to help your system finally feel safe enough to rest.
03
Narrative & Feminist Practice
Externalizing the stories that have defined you — separating you from the problem, reclaiming your voice, rewriting what's possible. Including, when helpful, third-person storytelling techniques that create distance and perspective on painful experiences.
04
Your Pace, Your Goals
Sessions move at a pace that respects where you are — not rushed toward productivity, not stalled in endless processing. Purposeful, human, and genuinely collaborative. Tet adapts to what you actually need, not a protocol.

Serving Walnut Creek & Beyond
A therapist who knows this community
Tet sees clients in-person in Walnut Creek — at the heart of Contra Costa County, where the pressure to look put-together is real, and where finding a trauma therapist who truly understands a high-achieving life has historically meant a long drive.
She lives in Danville. She understands the texture of life in this part of the Bay Area — the professional pressure, the school stress, the particular loneliness that can come with a life that looks enviable from the outside.
Telehealth is also available throughout California — for clients who prefer the discretion and convenience of sessions from home.
