You’ve carried a lot - sometimes quietly, sometimes while holding everyone else together. In therapy, we’ll slow your nervous system, name what happened, and rebuild trust in yourself. I take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that looks at the full context of your life: family, identity, power, and the stories you’ve had to tell to survive.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. We’ll use psychodynamic insight to understand patterns, feminist and narrative practices to externalize shame and reclaim your voice (including third-person storytelling when helpful), and humanistic care to center dignity and choice. Sessions move at your pace, structured enough to feel safe, flexible enough to meet real life.

I’m especially committed to working with women and adolescent girls, women of color, first-gen and immigrant communities, and those navigating vicarious trauma. If you’ve been managing anxiety, complex or intergenerational trauma, burnout, grief, or recovery - there’s room here for all of it. You don’t have to perform “strong.” You get to be human.

If you’re ready to heal and need clarity on moving forward, let’s talk. I offer telehealth across California and in-person availability.
