I help sensitive, creative, trauma-carrying people find their freedom.

You may have already tried therapy, self-help, or just sheer strength to get through your days—and yet something still feels painful or out of reach. You find yourself overwhelmed by emotions, afraid of being abandoned, or stuck in patterns you don’t understand and can’t seem to stop.

These are the echoes of trauma, and they make perfect sense once we slow down and listen to what your body and emotions are trying to say.

My story starts with my own mental health journey. After spending years receiving therapy while also working as a clinician, my passion for supporting those navigating the larger (and often broken) mental health system grew.

I know what it’s like, because I’ve been there.

I know you are struggling, trying to find your way through hell. I know what it’s like to pick up the pieces once again and reengage in life, despite trauma, fear, and uncertainty.

I’m now a DBT and certified EMDR therapist specializing in complex trauma and healing from abuse of all kinds. I often work with people who experience emotional intensity, self-blame, or relationship patterns tied to attachment wounds. Together, we’ll build a foundation of safety, compassion, and self-trust—so that healing feels possible, not pressured.

I know the mental health system can feel invalidating, insurmountable, and sometimes like you’re being gaslit. It is my personal mission to support you through all of it as someone who really gets it.

You don’t have to know how to start. You just have to show up, and together, we’ll find a way forward that feels steady and kind.
