I help sensitive, smart, trauma-carrying people find their freedom.
You may have already tried therapy, self-help, or just sheer strength to get through your days—and yet something still feels painful or out of reach. Maybe you find yourself overwhelmed by emotions, afraid of being left, or stuck in patterns that you don’t understand and can’t seem to stop. You’re not broken. These are often the echoes of trauma, and they make perfect sense once we slow down and listen to what your body and emotions are trying to say.
I’m a DBT and EMDR therapist specializing in complex trauma. I often work with people who experience emotional intensity, self-blame, or relationship patterns tied to attachment wounds and borderline personality disorder (BPD). Together, we’ll build a foundation of safety, compassion, and self-trust—so that healing feels possible, not pressured.
You don’t have to know how to start. You just have to show up, and together, we’ll find a way forward that feels steady and kind.
