I've been there. I'm not just saying that.

I help sensitive, creative, trauma-carrying people find their freedom.

You may have already tried therapy, self-help, or just sheer strength to get through your days—and yet something still feels painful or out of reach. You find yourself overwhelmed by emotions, afraid of being abandoned, or stuck in patterns you don’t understand and can’t seem to stop.

These are the echoes of complex trauma, and they make perfect sense once we slow down and listen to what your body and emotions are trying to say.

My story starts with my own mental health journey. After spending years receiving therapy while also working as a clinician, my passion for supporting those navigating the larger (and often broken) mental health system grew.

I know what it’s like, because I’ve been there.

I know you are struggling, trying to find your way through hell. I know what it’s like to pick up the pieces once again and reengage in life, despite trauma, fear, and uncertainty.

I’m a relational, DBT-informed therapist and EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist specializing in complex trauma and healing from abuse of all kinds. I often work with people who experience emotional intensity, self-blame, or relationship patterns tied to attachment wounds.

I know the mental health system in California can feel invalidating, insurmountable, and sometimes like you’re being gaslit. It is my personal mission to support you through all of it as someone who really gets it.

You don’t have to know how to start. You just have to show up, and together, we’ll find a way forward that feels steady and kind.

Together, we’ll build a foundation of safety, compassion, and self-trust—so that healing feels possible, not pressured.

Who I Work With

I work best with people who are ready to stop just surviving and start actually living. That often includes:

Gen Z and millennial women navigating emotional intensity, identity, self-worth, or the lasting effects of childhood wounds

Men who are ready to go deeper — who haven’t found a therapist who meets them where they are without judgment

Adults in midlife questioning long-held patterns, relationships, or who they want to become in the next chapter

People stepping down from PHP or IOP who need consistent, skilled support to integrate intensive treatment and rebuild daily life

Those who have psychiatric trauma

Anyone living with BPD who is tired of feeling misunderstood and wants a therapist who truly gets it
