You may appear capable and put together on the outside while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, work life, or your inner sense of self.
You may be navigating burnout, identity questions, family pressure, or earlier experiences that still shape how you think and feel today.
Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface so that meaningful change becomes possible.
Many thoughtful and capable people seek therapy not because they are failing, but because they want a space to think more clearly about their lives, relationships, and the direction they are heading.
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and insight oriented. I draw from psychodynamic therapy and attachment theory while integrating practical skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and DBT informed approaches.
Together we explore the deeper emotional patterns and relational dynamics shaping your life while developing practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier relationships.
This work often involves noticing patterns that operate outside of conscious awareness and exploring the deeper meaning behind emotional experiences, relationships, and life transitions. My background in occupational psychology also informs my work with adults facing workplace stress, burnout, impostor syndrome, and the psychological demands of high performance environments.
Together we can explore how achievement, identity, and self worth become intertwined while developing ways for you to stay emotionally grounded and connected to your values.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, and relational challenges. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including individuals with autism spectrum differences and ADHD, who may feel misunderstood, exhausted from masking, or overwhelmed by social expectations. Many neurodivergent clients come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood or pressured to fit in, and our work often focuses on developing self understanding, self acceptance, and ways of navigating the world that honor how your mind naturally works.
I also support clients exploring identity and emotional development, including men who want to move beyond narrow expectations around masculinity while building more authentic relationships with themselves and others. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to women, LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, and professionals navigating high pressure environments.
