Caitlin Billings (she/her/hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I help sensitive, smart, trauma-carrying people get free—for real.
I’m a therapist who understands complex PTSD from the inside out. I see your full story—not just your symptoms.
Together, we’ll create a real, doable plan for healing. No fake vibes, no one-size-fits-all advice. Just care that’s honest, warm, and trauma-informed.
You don’t have to lose your softness or shrink your feelings to survive anymore. You get to keep your depth—and learn how to hold it with strength.
It will be an honor to work with you as you move through the harder times and the better. The only thing constant is change and I believe in your capacity to live that promise.
